Who is responsible

Siro Zambra, [email protected]. The full postal address is in the imprint. Write to me for anything on this page, I handle it myself.

What happens when you open the site

The site is static and hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web server, Cloudflare logs the technical data needed to deliver a page and to keep the service up:

  • Your IP address, shortened or full depending on the request
  • Date and time of the request and which file was requested
  • Browser, operating system and the page you came from

These logs exist for security and troubleshooting, they are not used to profile you and I do not connect them to anything else. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in running a website that works. Cloudflare is my hosting provider and processes this data on my behalf, including on servers outside Switzerland.

The fonts are served from my own server, not from Google, so opening a page sends nothing to Google.

Microsoft Clarity

I use Microsoft Clarity to see how the site is used, so I can improve it. It only runs if you pressed Accept in the banner, and it sets cookies. Until then nothing is loaded from Microsoft. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

Cookies

Only the ones Clarity sets, and only if you pressed Accept. Press Decline and the site stores nothing at all. The banner is there for exactly this one decision.

The video

The films on the home page and the partner page show a still image until you click them. Only then does the player load from youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube, operated by Google, receives your IP address and can set its own cookies, and Google's privacy policy applies. If you never press play, nothing goes to Google. The video is also on YouTube directly.

When you write to me

Mail stays in my mailbox. I keep them as long as the conversation is useful, for orders as long as the bookkeeping rules require. I do not add anyone to a mailing list from a normal message.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist for the drop, your mail address goes to Kit (kit.com), a mailing list service in the United States, and is stored there. I use it for the mails about the drop and for nothing else. Every one of those mails carries an unsubscribe link, one click and you are off the list. Kit's own privacy notice applies to what happens on their side.

When you book a coaching session

Booking runs through Cal.com, payment through Stripe. They receive the data they need for the booking and the payment, name, mail address and payment details. I never see your card number, Stripe handles that. Their own privacy notices apply.

When you order merch

Checkout runs through Stripe, including your delivery address, which I need to send the parcel. Order data is kept for the ten years Swiss bookkeeping rules ask for. Nothing is sold or passed on beyond the shipping company that carries the parcel.

Social links

The links to Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Discord are plain links. Nothing is embedded and nothing is loaded from those platforms while you are on this site. You are only known to them once you click through.

Your rights

You can ask what data I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to processing. One mail is enough, and I do not need a form for it. If you are in the EU, the GDPR gives you those rights, in Switzerland the revised Data Protection Act does. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Changes

If the site gains a newsletter, a form or anything else that touches your data, this page is updated before that goes live.
